Kentucky State Police Investigating Fatal Collision in Trigg County

Golden Pond, KY (June 28, 2025) –  Kentucky State Police are investigating a weekend collision that claimed the life of a Kentucky Man.  Just after noon on Saturday, June 28th, emergency crews responded to a single vehicle collision on US Highway 68 in the Land Between the Lakes (Trigg County).  Responders located an overturned pickup truck which had exited the left side of the west bound lanes.  The single occupant, 36-year-old Frankie Galvez-Morales of Florence Kentucky, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced deceased at the scene.  Multiple agencies from the area assisted at the scene.  The investigation is continuing by Kentucky State Police.
