KSP Charges a Paducah Pediatrician

Kentucky State Police Post 1 charged local pediatrician with Failure to Report Child Abuse 1st offense

Paducah, KY (July 27, 2018) – The Kentucky State Police Post 1 charged local pediatrician, Dr. John M. Roach, 45 of Paducah, KY with Failure to Report Child Abuse 1st offense,  Class “B” Misdemeanor, and Failure to Report Child Abuse 2nd offense, Class “A” Misdemeanor. The investigation into Dr. Roach stemmed from an ongoing Criminal Abuse case where KSP charged David Minks with Criminal Abuse 1st Degree.

Dr. Roach was served a criminal summons for the two charges by Paducah Police Department on Thursday July 26, 2018. He was cited into court on August 23, 2018.
