Kentucky State Police Seize Drugs, Money and Gun

UPDATE – Shelbyville, KY (August 1, 2019) – During the course of this investigation, three males subjects were arrested and are facing several charges. This stems from the search warrant done at 201 Webbmont Circle in Shelby County.
Bobby S. King (20) of Shelbyville, KY, has been charged with Receiving Stolen Property – Firearm, Trafficking Marijuana over 8 Ounces, Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st LSD, and Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st (Drug Unspecified).
Christopher B. Hargadon (21) of Shelbyville, KY, has been charged with Trafficking Marijuana over 8 Ounces, Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st LSD, and Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st (Drug Unspecified).
Benjamin B. Bauer (22) of Shelbyville, KY has been charged with Trafficking Marijuana over 8 Ounces, Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st LSD, and Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st (Drug Unspecified).
They have been lodged at the Shelby County Detention Center. The investigation ongoing by the Kentucky State Police Detectives at Post 12 and the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office.
Frankfort, Ky. (July 26, 2019) – In an joint investigation led by Kentucky State Police and the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, a search warrant was executed at 6:24pm on Webbmont Circle in Shelby County. During the search approximately 2 pounds of processed marijuana, 1 ounce of suspected MDMA with an estimated street value of $3,000, and 40 strips of LSD with an estimated street value of $1,000 were seized. Also seized during the search was $5,000 in cash and three firearms, one of which was stolen.
The investigation is ongoing by Detectives at Kentucky State Police Post 12 in Frankfort and the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office.
