KSP Conducting Missing Person Investigation In Knott County

Pippa Passes, KY. (November 17, 2020) – The Kentucky State Police, Post 13, Hazard, is conducting a missing person investigation following the disappearance of a woman in Knott County.

Initial investigation indicates that Kelly L. Hampe, 29, of Frankfort, was last seen as she walked away from a treatment facility located in the Pippa Passes community of Knott County on November 14, 2020. Hampe is described as being 5’3” tall and weighing 120-140 pounds with red hair and blue eyes.

The Kentucky State Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Hampe and is asking anyone with information to contact KSP post 13 at (606)435-6069. The ongoing investigation is being conducted by Trooper Bobby Roberts.
