Domestic Dispute Leaves Breathitt County Woman Dead

Husband charged with murder

 Jackson, Ky. (December 7, 2018) – A domestic dispute between a husband and wife resulted in the death of a Breathitt County woman this morning.  Kentucky State Police Post 13 in Hazard received a call advising of the incident at 6:32 a.m.  Officers with Jackson Police Department were the first to arrive at a residence on Quicksand Road, and determined that Charles and Anna Noble had been involved in a physical altercation.  Anna Noble, age 54 of Jackson, received fatal injuries during the altercation and was pronounced deceased at the scene by Breathitt County Coroner George Griffith.

 

KSP Detectives Brandon Thomas and Josh Huff responded to the scene along with other KSP personnel.  Through their initial investigation, Charles Noble was arrested and charged with one count of Murder.  He was lodged in the Three Forks Regional Jail.  Anna Noble’s body was sent to the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Frankfort for an autopsy.  Det. Thomas with KSP Post 13 is leading this investigation.
