
Kentucky State Police Arrest Louisa Resident For Child Pornography
Louisa, KY. (September 24, 2021) – On September 23, 2021 The Kentucky State Police Post 14 arrested Phillip Adam Webb, 34, on charges related to child sexual abuse material, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Webb was taken into custody after an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation. Kentucky State Police Post 14 and Ashland Police Department began the investigation after discovering the suspect uploading images of child exploitation online.
The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Louisa on September 23, 2021. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and will be taken to Ashland Police Department for examination. Also, a handgun was found in bedroom of the accused, and his criminal history revealed he is a convicted felon. The investigation is ongoing by Detective David Boarman.
Webb is currently charged with two counts of Distribution of Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance by a Minor under the age of 12, 1st Offense, and one count of Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon. He was lodged in Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
