Kentucky State Police Searching for Two Individuals who Escaped from Dismas Charities in Owensboro

OWENSBORO, Ky. (July 28, 2025) – On July 28, at approximately 1:30 p.m. CDT, Kentucky Probation and Parole contacted Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 16 stating two females under supervision and living at Dismas Charities had removed their ankle monitors and could not be located.
