Daviess County Man Arrested for Sex Crimes Involving Two Minors

Flores was Indicted by Daviess County Grand Jury and Arrested

 MACEO, Ky. (August 09, 2018)—Kentucky State Police troopers arrest a Daviess County man after a Grand Jury issued multiple indictment warrants for having sexual relationships with two minors. Eric Ruelas Flores, 39 of Maceo was arrested by troopers and charged with Three (3) counts of Rape 1^st; One (1) count of Rape 2^nd; Two (2) counts of Sodomy 1^st; Six (6) counts of Sexual Abuse 1^st; One (1) count of Sexual Abuse 1^st (Victim Under 12) and Two (2) counts of Sodomy 3rd.

 

KSP launched an investigation in Flores after allegations were made suggesting he was having an inappropriate relationship with two underage females.  

 

KSP arrested Flores at his residence yesterday evening and transported him to the Daviess County Detention Center in Owensboro where he is being held with a $500,000 cash bond.
