Kentucky State Police Post 16 Arrests Owensboro Man For Sex Related Crimes

Owensboro, Ky. (August 28, 2026) – On Friday August 28, 2026, Kentucky State Police Post 16 arrested Justin D. Thomas (34), of Owensboro, KY and charged him with Posess Matter Sex Performance By Minor O/12 < 18 – 1st Offense and Proc Or Prom Use Of Minor By Electronic Means. Mr. Thomas was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center. Kentucky State Police Detective Shaun Schroader is leading the investigation.
