Kentucky State Police Post 16 – Cromwell, KY Woman Arrested for Drug Related Charges

CROMWELL, Ky. (September 25, 2026) – Kentucky State Police Post 16 has arrested and charged Tracy F. Culbertson (50) of Cromwell, KY with TRAFF IN CONT SUB, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFF – (> OR = 2 GMS METHAMPHETAMINE), POSS CONT SUB 1ST DEGREE FENTANYL, POSS OF MARIJUANA, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS. The investigation began when Kentucky State Police Post 16 Troopers received confidential information that criminal drug activity was taking place at a residence on Mt. Pleasant Road in the Cromwell area. A search warrant was reqested and obtained for the residence in question. Troopers went to the residence and executed the search warrant. Culbertson was located at that residence with suspected drugs and related items at that time. Kentucky State Police Post 16 Trooper L. Shephard is continuing his investigation at this time. Kentucky State Police Post 16 was assisted by Ohio County Sheriff’s Office during this investigation. No other information is available at this time.
