
Hopkinsville Residents Arrested for Drugs After Search Warrant
Hopkinsville, Ky. (March 11, 2023)—On Friday March 8, 2024 Kentucky State Police troopers and officers with the Hopkinsville Police Department, executed a search warrant at the Woodland Heights Apartment complex in Hopkinsville. The search warrant yielded over 1,100 Fentanyl pills, approximately 1 ounce of cocaine, US currency, and other drug paraphernalia.
Chermes White, age 22, of Hopkinsville was charged with Trafficking Controlled Substance (greater than 10 grams Carfentanil/Fentanyl Derivatives), Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st degree 1st offense (greater than 4 grams of Cocaine), Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
Gary Barker, age 30, of Hopkinsville, was charged with Trafficking Controlled Substance (greater than 10 grams Carfentanil/Fentanyl Derivatives), Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st degree 1st Offense (greater than 4 grams of Cocaine), Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Anthony White, age 27, of Russellville, was charged with Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st Offense (Fentanyl), Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st Offense (Carfentanil or Fentanyl Derivatives), Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence (Controlled Substance) 1st Offense, and no registration.
All subjects were transported to the Christian County Detention Center in Hopkinsville where they were processed and lodged. The investigation is ongoing.
