UPDATE: KSP Conducts Death Investigation in Fredonia
*UPDATE*: Fredonia, Ky. (Caldwell County) – On July 24, 2020, detectives from Kentucky State Police Post 2 obtained an arrest warrant for Lawrence Florentine for Murder- Domestic Violence.
Florentine was served the warrant later that evening in Colorado, where he is currently lodged in the Douglas County Detention Center.
*UPDATE*: Fredonia, Ky. (Caldwell County) – Lawrence Florentine was located and arrested on June 23, 2020 by the Denver Police Department in Colorado.
Fredonia, Ky. (Caldwell County) – The Nissan Rogue Lawrence Florentine was last seen operating was located on June 22, 2020 outside of the Commonwealth. Florentine is still at large.
Lawrence “Larry” Florentine is a white male, 5’7” tall, approximately 170 pounds, with gray or partially gray hair and brown eyes.
KSP advises anyone who sees Florentine to call local law enforcement immediately. Florentine should be considered armed and dangerous. Fredonia, Ky. (Caldwell County) – The deceased female has been identified as 36-year-old Nicole Renee Florentine, of Rock Hill, South Carolina.
KSP Post 2 is now requesting the public’s assistance in locating her husband, 52-year-old Lawrence “Larry” Florentine, of Rock Hill, South Carolina. Florentine has an arrest warrant issued for Abuse of a Corpse, and was last seen driving a 2020 Caspian Blue Nissan Rogue. He is a white male, 5’7” tall, approximately 170 pounds, with gray or partially gray hair and brown eyes.
KSP advises anyone who sees Florentine to call local law enforcement immediately. Florentine should be considered armed and dangerous. Fredonia, Ky. (Caldwell County)– On June 13, 2020 at approximately 6:33 PM, the Kentucky State Police Post 2 in Madisonville, were contacted by Caldwell County Dispatch in reference to a death investigation in the Fredonia Community off of KY-91. When KSP Detectives arrived at the scene, they discovered an adult, white female deceased.
KSP asks anyone with information about the investigation to contact the Kentucky State Police Post 2 at 270-676-3313.
