Kentucky State Police Investigates Fatal Collision in Allen County

SCOTTSVILLE, KY. (February 15, 2026) – Around 4:30 p.m., the Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green received a call about a possible fatal collision in Allen County. The collision occurred at the 2800 block of KY 100 (Franklin Road). 

A preliminary investigation indicates that a black Nissan Sentra, operated by Toni Hudson, 66,  of Hendersonville, Tennessee, was traveling east on Franklin Road. Ms. Hudson’s vehicle exited the roadway and collided with a tree. Ms. Hudson was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Allen County Coroner. 

The investigation continues and will be led by Trooper Cullen Cox. He was assisted at the scene by Allen County EMS, Allen County Coroner’s Office and other KSP personnel.
