Kentucky State Police Conducts Death Investigation in Butler County

ROCHESTER, KY. (March 16, 2026) – At approximately 9:00 a.m., the Kentucky State Police Post 3 received a call about an unresponsive male . Troopers went on the scene around the 8000 block of Rochester Road and located the male who was pronounced deceased by the Butler County Coroner. There is no immediate threat to the community. The investigation is ongoing and is being led by Detective Mike May.
