Logan County Resident Faces Charges for Falsely Claiming a Terminal Illness

Bowling Green, KY (April 2, 2019)- Following a Grand Jury Indictment, Logan County Circuit Court issued a criminal summons which was served Tuesday afternoon by KSP Troopers on Lewisburg resident Sierra Bennett (25).  The indictment stemmed from an investigation involving a complaint of her falsely claiming to have received a diagnosis of terminal cancer in order to receive monetary gain.  Sierra Bennett awaits a court appearance for the following charge:
