Kentucky State Police Arrests Warren County Man for Terroristic Threatening 

BOWLING GREEN, KY. (May 12, 2025) – At just before 11:00 a.m., the Kentucky State Police received a call about an individual making threats toward the Warren County Justice Center. The individual was identified as Juan Carlos Alvarez, 38, of Bowling Green. Upon arrival at the 1900 block of Sandra Street, where Mr. Alvarez resides, he was taken into custody and is being held at the Warren County Regional Jail.
