Kentucky State Police Investigates Fatal Collision in Barren County

GLASGOW, KY. (May 19, 2025) – At just after 12:00 p.m., the Kentucky State Police Post 3 received a call from the Barren County Sheriff’s Office about a fatal collision. Troopers arrived at the scene on the 1100 block of Bluff Springs Road.

A preliminary investigation indicates that a 2015 Honda Odyssey was traveling westbound on Bluff Springs Road when it veered off the roadway to the right, colliding with a wooden fence and a tree line. Two passengers were transported to T.J. Samson Community Hospital where they will be treated for their injuries. Tragically, an infant passenger was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Barren County Coroner’s Office. 

The investigation is ongoing and will be led by Detective Bo Hubbard, who was assisted at the scene by the Barren County Sheriff’s Office, Barren County EMS, the Barren County Coroner’s Office, and other KSP personnel.
