Kentucky State Police Arrest Allen County Woman on Drug Charges

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. (JULY 31, 2026) – The Kentucky State Police Post 03, Bowling Green, received information leading to the arrest of Johnna Blankenship, 33, of Scottsville. After a preliminary investigation, a search warrant was obtained for Blankenship’s residence, which led to her arrest. Ms. Blankenship was charged with the following:

• Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Fentanyl)
• Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Offense (Methamphetamine) 
• Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Offense (Drug unspecified) 
• Possession of Drug paraphernalia 

Ms. Blankenship was lodged in the Allen County Detention Center. The investigation is ongoing and is being led by Trooper Slate Dalton.
