Kentucky State Police Post 3 Trooper Receives Governor’s Award

LEXINGTON, Ky. (August 19, 2026) – Kentucky State Police Post 3, Bowling Green, is proud to recognize Trooper Slate Dalton for receiving the Governor’s Award for Occupant Protection at the 2026 Governor’s Occupant Protection Enforcement Awards Ceremony today in Lexington.

Trooper Dalton is a 4-year veteran with the Kentucky State Police. Trooper Dalton’s efforts in ensuring drivers in our community are being safe on the roadways do not go unnoticed. Congratulations to Trooper Slate Dalton on this well deserved recognition.
