
UPDATE: Kentucky State Police Investigating Edmonson County Shooting

Rocky Hill, KY. (October 17th, 2021) – On October 17th, 2021, at approximately 12:00 p.m., Kentucky State Police, Post 3, Bowling Green, responded to 1171 Rocky Hill Road where contact was made with 26 year old Cody Brady of Leitchfield. Brady was wanted on charges from a previous shooting incident at the same location. After a short stand-off, Cody Brady was taken into custody by Troopers with no further incident. Cody Brady was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail and was served with a warrant for the following charges:
- Assault, 1st Degree
- Robbery, 1st Degree
- Theft by Unlawful Taking, Auto $10,000 or More

Rocky Hill, KY. (September 22, 2021) –On September 22, 2021, at approximately 10:30 A.M, Kentucky State Police, Post 3, Bowling Green, received a request from the Edmonson County Sheriff’s Office to investigate a shooting incident that occurred in the Rocky Hill community. Troopers and Detectives responded to 1171 Rocky Hill Road in Edmonson County.
Kentucky State Police arrived at the residence and located , 28 year old Brett Brady, of Rocky Hill, with a gunshot wound to his arm. Initial investigation indicates that Brett Brady had been in an altercation with his brother, 26 year old Cody Brady, of Leitchfield. During the altercation, Cody discharged a firearm striking Brett. Cody left the scene prior to the arrival of Law Enforcement. Brett was transported to the hospital to be treated for his injuries. The investigation continues and is being led by Kentucky State Police Detectives.
Cody Brady is a 6ft tall white male, weighing 150lbs, with brown eyes and black hair. He should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with knowledge of the whereabouts of this individual please contact Kentucky State Police, Post 3, at 270-782-2010.
