KSP Arrests Two for Endangering the Welfare of a Minor Related to Methamphetamine Manufacturing  

KSP arrested two suspects after a search warrant was executed

Turners Station, Ky. (September 20, 2018) — At approximately 3:00 a.m. the Kentucky State Police arrested two suspects after a search warrant was executed at a residence in Turner’s Station believed to be involved in the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
 
KSP Post 5 Troopers received information that ultimately led to obtaining a search warrant on the residence in question.  Upon a search of the residence Troopers located materials consistent with the manufacturing of methamphetamine.  Through investigation it was determined a juvenile had been present in the residence.
 
Karl Jones, age 53 and Kelly Jones, age 42 were subsequently charged with Unlawful Possession of a Meth Precursor, 1st Offense and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. 
 
The Kentucky State Police was assisted on scene by the Eminence Police Department, Henry County EMS and Henry County Child Protective Services.
