Kentucky State Police Arrest Fayette County Man for Murder

Lexington, KY. (March 15, 2021) –On March 10, 2021, Kentucky State Police, Post 6, Dry Ridge executed an arrest warrant for Murder in Fayette County. Cecil Russell, of Lexington, KY, was charged and arrested for Murder in connection with the death of Lazarus Parker.  This incident remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police, Post 6, Dry Ridge.
