**Update** KSP Arrests Armed Robbery Suspects

Dry Ridge, KY. (May 1st, 2020)- The Kentucky State Police, Post 6 Dry Ridge, identified the third suspect in an armed robbery at Sunoco Gas Station in Crittenden, KY, which occurred on March 26th, 2020.  20-year-old Kyle Helton, of Florence, was arrested and lodged in the Grant County Detention Center, charged with Robbery 1st Degree.

Crittenden, KY. (March 27th, 2020) – The Kentucky State Police, Post 6 Dry Ridge, responded to an armed robbery at the Sunoco Gas Station in Crittenden, KY at approximately 1:00 am yesterday morning.

The initial investigation alleges that three male individuals dressed in dark clothing and hooded sweatshirts arrived at the Sunoco Gas Station in a white, 2005 Ford Mustang, and demanded money from an employee while armed with a handgun.

A vehicle matching the description was stopped by the Boone County Sheriff’s Office on I-75 at the Richwood Exit, at which time KSP was notified. As a result of the ongoing investigation, the driver, 26-year-old Austin Vest of Morningview, and the passenger, 21-year-old Michael Brossart of Florence, was arrested and lodged in the Boone County Detention Center, charged with Robbery 1st Degree.

KSP is continuing the search for the third suspect, and asks that anyone with information about the investigation contact KSP Post 6 at 859.428.1212.

The investigation is ongoing and being led by Trooper Joseph Boyce.
