Kentucky State Police Post 6 Investigate a Fatal Collision In Bracken County

BROOKSVILLE, Ky. (June 16, 2026) –On June 13, 2026, the Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 6 was requested by the Bracken County Dispatch to investigate an injury collision on Willow Lenoxburg Road. Samuel Dixon (21) of Brooksville was operating a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt and struck a telephone pole. The vehicle overturned, and Mr. Dixon was partially ejected from the vehicle. Mr. Dixon was transported to the University of Cincinnati Hospital. Mr. Dixon succumbed to his injuries on June 15, 2026. KSP was assisted at the scene by the Bracken County Fire and EMS, and Northern Pendleton County Fire and EMS. The collision remains under investigation by KSP Post 6 Trooper Bubny.
