Kentucky State Police Conduct Missing Person Investigation in Madison County

RICHMOND, Ky. (December 15, 2025) – Kentucky State Police, Post 7, Richmond, is actively investigating a missing person investigation in Madison County.

Kevin Samuel McCullough, 63, of Richmond, Kentucky was last seen on October 15th, 2025 near a residence on Moran Summit Road in Madison County. 

Mr. McCullough is described as a white male, approximately 5′ 10″ feet tall and weighing around 140 pounds. He has black hair and blue eyes.
