KSP Arrest Estill County Man on Sexual Offenses

Irvine, KY. (February 5, 2020) – The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post, has charged an Estill County man with multiple sexual related offenses as the result of an ongoing investigation.

KSP Post 7 was contacted on Thursday, January 16, 2020, and notified that someone allegedly uploaded explicit images and videos of two women to the internet without their consent.

As a result of the initial investigation, Brandon Gabbard, 33 years old of Irvine, KY, was arrested on Friday, January 31^st, and lodged in Three Forks Regional Jail, charged with 75 counts of Distribution of Sexually Explicit Images Without Consent For Profit, and 12 counts of Video Voyeurism.

The ongoing investigation is being conducted by KSP Post 7 Trooper John Northern.
