KSP Arrests Madison County Detention Center Employee for Sexual Offense
The ongoing investigation is being conducted by KSP Post 7 Detective Charles Brandenburg.
RICHMOND, Ky. (March 26, 2019) –The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post is investigating an incident that allegedly occurred between a Madison County Detention Center Employee and an inmate.
The initial investigation indicates that the Madison County Jailer was notified early this morning of an incident that possibly occurred between one of the deputy jailers and an inmate, at which time KSP Post 7 was contacted and asked to investigate the allegations As a result of the ongoing investigation, Vanessa Tester, 44 years old of Richmond, KY, was arrested just after 5:30 pm tonight, and is lodged in the Fayette County Jail charged with Sodomy 3rd Degree.
