KSP Arrests Clark County High School Employee for Sexual Offenses
The investigation is being conducted by KSP Post 7 Detective Austin Brashear.
WINCHESTER, Ky. (August 27, 2019) –The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post was contacted this morning alleging that a Principal at the George Rogers Clark High School Area Technology Center was in possession , and possibly distributing explicit images involving a minor.
As a result of the initial investigation, Philip T. Wilson, 54 years old of Winchester, KY, was arrested and is lodged in the Clark County Detention charged with fifteen counts of Distribution of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor, 1st Offense, and fifteen counts of Possess or View Matter Portraying Sexual Performance of a Minor.
The ongoing investigation is being conducted by KSP Post 7 Detective Austin Brashear.
