Kentucky State Police Morehead Investigates Child Sexual Exploitation Offenses

MOREHEAD, Ky. (May 11, 2024) –On May 10, 2024, Kentucky State Police (KSP) Morehead received a complaint of inappropriate photos being sent to a juvenile by an adult.

Through the investigation, detectives determined that Terence L. Clemons, 50 years of age from Lexington, had sent inappropriate photos of himself to a juvenile. After gathering information, detectives were able to obtain an arrest warrant for Mr. Clemons. Terence Clemons was charged with Prohibited Use of Electronic Communication to Procure Minor (4 counts). Mr. Clemons was arrested and lodged in the Fayette County Detention Center. This incident remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police, Morehead.
