Kentucky State Police Conduct Sex Abuse Investigation

CAMPTON, Ky. (MAY, 29, 2025) – Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 8 in Morehead was contacted by Wolfe County Department for Community Based Services (DCBS) to investigate allegations of sexual abuse involving a juvenile. 

As a result of a lengthy investigation that started in June of 2024, Troopers have been able to identify 5 juvenile victims and have arrested the following individuals on these charges.

David Parks, 47, Campton Ky Possess Matter Portray Sexual Performance by a Minor U/12 (31 counts), Incest, Rape 1st degree, Sodomy 1st degree, Unlawful Transaction w/minor 1st degree, Unlawful Transaction w/minor 3rd degree.

Alicia Parks, 40, Campton Ky Incest, Rape 1st degree, Sodomy 1st degree, Unlawful Transaction w/minor 1st, Unlawful Transaction w/minor 2nd degree.

Rebecca Mann, 40, Beattyville KY Distribution of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by Minor Under 12 (31 counts)

The case remains under investigation by Trooper Tyler Montgomery.
