MILLARD, Ky. (January 2, 2026) – The Kentucky State Police Pikeville Post is requesting the public’s assistance in an ongoing missing juvenile investigation.

On January 1, 2026, KSP Post 9 was contacted regarding a missing juvenile in Pike County. The initial investigation indicates Star Blair, age 15, of Millard, Kentucky, was last seen on January 1, 2026, on Daniels Branch in the Millard community.

Star Blair is described as a white female, 5 feet 5 inches tall, approximately 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact the Kentucky State Police Pikeville Post at 606-433-7711.

This investigation is being conducted by KSP Post 9 Trooper Cameron Whitaker.
