Kentucky State Police Investigate Pedestrian Struck By Train

The accident is under the investigation of Trooper Hamilton.

Langley, KY (December 20, 2019) Just after 3PM, this afternoon Posts 09 received a call which a train had struck a pedestrian  in the Maytown area of Floyd County.

When Troopers arrived, they found the train had struck a young male who was walking along the tracks  in the area of KY Rt. 777 and KY RT. 80.

The male was transferred to the Pikeville Medical Center by EMS, and then Transferred to the University Of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.

The accident is under the investigation of Trooper Hamilton.
