EDDYVILLE, Ky. (March 6, 2017) – Kentucky State Troopers responded to 2793 Highway 818 North in Lyon County at 12:50 p.m. on March 6, in attempt to locate missing juvenile Lexie Gillespie.
Upon their arrival, Troopers located Gillespie and returned her to safety. While at the residence, Troopers also arrested two adults and cited another adult.
Jacob D. Lawrence, age 30, of Eddyville, KY, was arrested for Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO (Misdemeanor), Resisting Arrest (Misdemeanor), Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 3rd Degree (Misdemeanor). Lawrence was also served with four active arrest warrants. Lawrence was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
Kelly J. Wilson, age 54, of Eddyville, KY, was arrested for two counts of Assault 3rd Degree on a Police Officer (Felony), Hindering Prosecution or Apprehension 2nd Degree (Misdemeanor), Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 3rd Degree (Misdemeanor), Resisting Arrest (Misdemeanor) and Possession of Marijuana (Misdemeanor). Wilson was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
Scott D. Wilson, age 62, of Eddyville, KY, was cited for Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 3rd Degree (Misdemeanor).
Kentucky State Police were assisted on scene by Eddyville Police Department.
